Ingredients
5 lb Bowl & Basket Sweet Potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 1/2 cups Wholesome Pantry Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Wholesome Pantry Butter
1 cup Wholesome Pantry Yogurt
1 tsp Ground Sage
1 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 to 1 cup Bowl & Basket Buttermilk, warmed
Directions

1. In 4- to 5-quart slow cooker, place potatoes, chicken broth and butter.

 

2. Cover; cook on High heat setting 4 hours to 4 hours 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

 

3. Add remaining ingredients except buttermilk. Mash potatoes using potato masher, or beat with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Do not over mix. Stir in enough buttermilk for desired consistency.

 

4. Cover and keep warm on Low or Warm heat setting until serving time, up to 2 hours. Stir before serving.
